Starts a focus session in Session app with a form input. Supply a semi-colon separated list of categories in order to choose from one of them in the form (ie: "Personal;Work;Play" will create three dropdown options).

Starts a focus session in Session app with the previous intent and duration

Pause/Resume Session

Background

Pauses or resumes a focus session in Session app, based on current playing state
