You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in method secure, and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You may export or delete account data from your account page. Deleting your account may remove access to paid credits, synced data, connected accounts, and cloud features.

Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide to Cachy, including files, clipboard content, prompts, chat messages, synced data, and connected-account data. You grant Cachy the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the product features you use.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to use content with Cachy and for deciding what content to sync, paste, send to agents, or submit to connected services.
AI features
Cachy may provide hosted AI chat, agent, extraction, summarization, and search features. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, security, or production software decisions.
Some AI features use third-party model providers. Their processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Cachy can connect to third-party services such as Google, Stripe, AI providers, and web search providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Cachy is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Paid features, credits, and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. Prices, credit amounts, and billing terms are shown during checkout or in the billing portal. Unless a checkout flow says otherwise, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Beta and availability
Cachy may include beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. These features may change, break, or be removed. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Cachy as the product evolves.
